The 21st Centruy Skyscraper Competition starts once again. Many of the submissions are environmentally sustainable, and provide for the basic needs of their inhabitants. This one has NON-VERTICAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS. Like the glass-elevator from Roald Dahl.
